Job summary

Capgemini Philippines is seeking an HR data processing specialist to ensure accurate and timely handling of HR data in line with project deadlines and quality standards.

You will interact with the Client daily via phone and email, resolve HR issues, and work with delivery teams to ensure smooth operations. The role emphasizes knowledge sharing and maintaining up-to-date documentation across processes.

Qualifications

• 1.5-2 years of relevant experience in HR data processing or similar domain.

• Share specialist knowledge within the team; organize knowledge sharing sessions; update process documentation.

Job description

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• The team member is responsible for processing the HR data correctly and timely according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality, interacts with the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, work on resolving HR related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, and ensure that the documentation is up to date.
• The team member must ensure they share their specialist knowledge within the team.
• Process movements (transfers, promotion) and leaver requests
• Answer client’s calls and emails
• Process client’s queries and escalations
• Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
• Organize knowledge sharing sessions internal and cross teams
• Successful process related problem solving
• Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
• Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
• People and Process move

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):

• 1.5-2 years relevant experience
