As our new Associate Global Compliance Specialist, you will be supporting global payroll compliance and HR master data accuracy across multiple countries, ensuring our processes meet the highest standards of integrity and control. As a key part of the Global Payroll Compliance team, you'll create impact by Safeguarding data accuracy and compliance across Grundfos's global payroll operations, directly contributing to the trust and reliability our employees depend on..
Your main responsibilities include:
Perform monthly reconciliation of HR master data against Payroll System data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Support global data collection for salary development exercises and execute variance analysis across countries
Oversee automated global Master Data extraction processes and monitor changes in the internal HR system
Conduct monthly bank account validation of HR master data, identifying duplicate accounts and anomalies
Support global payroll checklist and cycle approval data collection from Local Payroll Supporters
Assist the Global Compliance Specialist in collating audit-required documents and supporting control processes
Above all, you are a detail-oriented compliance professional with strong payroll expertise across multiple countries, a process efficiency mindset, and fluency in English. We would also imagine that you have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Payroll & Benefits within a multi-country setup
Proven payroll processing and payroll output validation experience
Experience with compliance and audit control processes in a global company
It is a plus if you also:
Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR master data systems
Familiarity with data reconciliation tools and automated reporting processes
Knowledge of global payroll regulations across multiple regions
