Job summary

Grundfos is seeking an Associate Global Compliance Specialist to safeguard payroll data integrity and ensure multi-country compliance. You will support global payroll processes and HR master data accuracy across regions, contributing to trustworthy operations.

In this role, you will reconcile HR master data with payroll data, assist in salary data collection, oversee automated data extraction, perform bank account validation, and support audit-ready documentation with a compliance mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Payroll & Benefits within a multi-country setup.
• Proven payroll processing and payroll output validation experience.
• Experience with compliance and audit control processes in a global company.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly reconciliation of HR master data against Payroll System data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support global data collection for salary development exercises and execute variance analysis across countries.
• Oversee automated global Master Data extraction processes and monitor changes in the internal HR system.
• Conduct monthly bank account validation of HR master data, identifying duplicate accounts and anomalies.
• Support global payroll checklist and cycle approval data collection from Local Payroll Supporters.
• Assist the Global Compliance Specialist in collating audit-required documents and supporting control processes.
