As our newOperations & Strategy Specialist Manufacturing Plant, you will be coordinating strategic initiatives, tracking business objectives, and enabling plant leadership to drive operational excellence — serving as the connective thread between strategy, communications, and day-to-day execution across the facility. This position is located on-site 5 days in our plant Brookshire, Texas.
As a key part of the Regional Manufacturing Operations team, you'll create impact by driving alignment between plant-level goals and regional business objectives while leveraging AI and digital tools to elevate leadership effectiveness and operational performance.

The salary range for this position is $78,100.00 - $113,000.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. The salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
