Grundfos in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Digital Workplace Consultant to drive SharePoint & Microsoft 365 excellence across our digital workplace. You will advise, design, and optimize collaboration tools, supporting intranet solutions and user adoption worldwide.

The role demands 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and M365, strong governance and content management skills, and a consultative mindset to influence stakeholders. Hybrid work with flexible hours offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Search, Templates, Storage Management, Intranet Solutions, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Manage and optimize SharePoint Online, including storage, governance, and content management.
• Configure and enhance SharePoint Search and SharePoint Templates.
• Support and improve SharePoint-based intranet and InSite solutions.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Drive user adoption through training, guidance, and best practice recommendations.

As our new Senior Digital Workplace Consultant (SharePoint & Microsoft 365) you will be enabling seamless business collaboration by delivering expert consultancy, application support, and solution design across Grundfos's digital workplace platforms. What you will be doing

As a key part of the IT Collaboration Services team, you'll create impact by Driving smarter ways of working by shaping and optimizing the collaboration tools that connect thousands of Grundfos employees worldwide..

Your main responsibilities include:

• Act as a trusted advisor on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Manage and optimize SharePoint Online, including storage, governance, and content management.
• Configure and enhance SharePoint Search and SharePoint Templates.
• Support and improve SharePoint-based intranet and InSite solutions.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Viva and Power Platform.
• Experience in a global enterprise environment.
