LaVie is seeking an Associate, Front Office to handle daily front desk activities in Manila, ensuring high guest satisfaction and efficient revenue through upselling. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Reservations for seamless service.
A Diploma in Hotel Management and at least 1 year of experience are preferred; Korean or Japanese language ability is a strong advantage, along with solid interpersonal and cash handling skills.
Job Brief The Associate, Front Office is responsible for the routine activities at the front desk daily while ensuring that highest level of standard, efficiency and guest satisfaction are achieved whilst maximizing room revenue through the upselling program and other related revenue. Job Responsibilities Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and a courteous, guest-focused demeanor at all times.
Manage efficient check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, keycard issuance, and guest profiles. Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns or elevate when needed. Promote hotel products and services through active upselling to meet revenue targets.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Bell Service, Reservations, and Service Center for seamless operations. Handle VIP and special guest services, including express or in-room check-ins and wake-up arrangements. Oversee cashiering functions, ensuring accurate billing, collections, cash handling, and end-of-shift balancing.
Maintain strong product knowledge of the hotel, facilities, and local area to assist guest inquiries. Ensure compliance with front office procedures, data entry standards, email communications, and shift documentation. Support departmental efficiency by maintaining supplies, workspace cleanliness, attending meetings, and performing other assigned duties
