We are looking for a Front Office Associate to provide professional and personalized service to guests while ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations. The role will be responsible for assisting guests throughout their stay, handling check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, guest requests, and other front office transactions.
Welcome and assist guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
Process guest check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
Handle room reservations, cancellations, extensions, and other guest requests.
Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services, room rates, and policies.
Attend to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
Handle billing, payment, and other front desk transactions accurately.
Maintain accurate and updated guest records and front office documentation.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Engineering, Security, and other departments to address guest concerns and requests.
Handle guest complaints professionally and handle complaints to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
Ensure proper endorsement of pending guest concerns and front office matters to the next shift.
Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related course.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or OJT experience are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented, courteous, and professional.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Computer literate and willing to learn hotel property management systems.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Japanese language proficiency is an advantage but not required.
