Savills Philippines is looking for a college student to join the Tenant Representation team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The role involves populating real estate databases, creating slides, and uploading properties on listing sites, providing exposure to office, retail, and industrial spaces.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Real Estate Management or business, proficient in MS Office, and willing to work on site five days a week with some field work.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college pursuing Real Estate Management or business.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with real estate terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists the team in populating real estate-related databases including commercial, retail, and industrial.
• Creates and improves presentation slides based on templates.

• Performs ad hoc desk research tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the team in populating real estate-related databases including but not limited to commercial, retail, and industrial.
• Creates and improves presentation slides based on the templates.
• Uploads verified properties on listing website/s.
• Other ad hoc desk research task.

Educational Requirements

• Currently enrolled in college and pursuing Bachelor's/College Degree in Real Estate Management or any business courses.

Desired Skills

• Highly proficient in MS Office (specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in real estate industry is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have own laptop.
• Must be willing to work on site and do field work.
• Amenable to work five (5) days a week.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Sales, Investment or Admin.
