TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an Associate CSR for an onsite, dayshift role in Taguig. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone or chat and delivering excellent service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1.5 years of voice CSR experience in an international account, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues promptly while upholding company policies.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Shift Schedule: Day shift; 5-day work including Saturday
