Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an Associate CSR for an onsite, dayshift role in Taguig. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone or chat and delivering excellent service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1.5 years of voice CSR experience in an international account, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues promptly while upholding company policies.
