Job summary

Creating Next Concepts Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented requirements analyst with 6 months of related experience. You will collaborate with clients to gather specifications, develop use cases and workflows, and work with developers to assess feasibility and implement solutions.

You will conduct functional and integration testing, ensure deliverables are user-accepted, and provide end-user training. Strong communication and UI/UX interest are preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 6 months minimum experience in related field
• ERP systems experience is an advantage
• UI/UX background preferred
• Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented and able to follow complex procedures
• Collaborate with client to gather requirement specifications via interviews and process walkthroughs
• Develop use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria for front-end and/or back-end functionalities
• Coordinate with developers to assess feasibility and establish solutions
• Preside over requirements classifications with users and internal teams
• Conduct functional and integration testing
• Ensure requirements are delivered and user accepted
• Provide training to end-users of applications

• Minimum of 6 months work experience in the related field
