Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst in Metro Manila to review client requirements and craft efficient solutions across banking and payments, liaising with stakeholders from product, tech, and operations.

The role involves documenting requirements, user stories, use cases, business rule analysis, process diagrams, and data flow diagrams, translating business needs into clear specifications for agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience as Business Analyst.
• Experience in analyzing requirements using techniques such as use cases & scenarios, user stories, business rule analysis, process diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Proven experience in defining and documenting requirements/user stories across brands/projects.
• Experience in working in an agile environment.
• Good troubleshooting skills, and effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in relation to the field of Banking and Finance or Merchant and Payment is a MUST.
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing client and business nature along with the project requirements and introducing more effective and efficient methods of completing the set project.
• Developing standards and procedures for the set projects and training internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
• Reviewing data collected through requirement gathering sessions analyzing important business data and presenting the Software Requirement Specifications, User Manuals, and Change Request Forms.
• Identifying and bridging the gaps that arise during the execution of the project between the technical perspective and business perspective for both the client and the company.
• Completing the Request for Proposals with the assistance of the internal stakeholders.
• Conducting proof of concepts and demonstrations to the internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting Business Analysis compliance checking.
• Obtaining sign-off for Software Requirement Specification.
• Post-go-live audits, certifications & ensuring customer acceptance.
• Close coordination with the Project Manager and Delivery Team.
