Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in warehouse operations and people management.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify all paperwork for equipment and supplies coming in and going out.
• Supervise warehouse staff as they receive, load, retrieve, and store equipment.
• Schedule timely transport of goods to and from the warehouse.
• Check packing lists against the Purchase Requisition or Purchase Order; ensure items are correctly coded and meet specs.
• Work with inventory to get regular status reports on equipment and products.
• Ensure handling of equipment and supplies follows inventory guidelines.
• Protect warehouse stock and keep it secure.
• Provide day-to-day direction to the warehouse team to maintain productivity.
• Keep offices, stockrooms, and work areas clean, orderly, and in good condition.
• Review inventory reports covering all equipment.
• Review reports on items received and delivered.
• Liaise with delivery teams and contract workers to meet schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify all paperwork for equipment and supplies coming in and going out

• Supervise warehouse staff as they receive, load, retrieve, and store equipment

• Schedule timely transport of goods to and from the warehouse

• Check packing lists against the Purchase Requisition or Purchase Order, making sure every item is correctly coded and meets the stated specifications

• Work with inventory to get regular status reports on equipment and products

• Make sure all handling of equipment and supplies, from delivery to retrieval to storage, follows inventory guidelines

• Protect warehouse stock and keep it secure

• Review the Inventory Associates' recommendations on items to sell, donate, or dispose of, and pass them up through the approval chain

• Keep the warehouse offices, stockrooms, and work areas clean, orderly, and in good working condition

• Check reports on items received and delivered

• Review inventory reports covering all equipment

• Provide day-to-day direction to the warehouse team, including clerks, utility staff, drivers, security personnel, and contract workers, to keep productivity on track
