Counter-check dispatched and received goods to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and coordinate the warehouse’s daily work schedule.
Prepare Non-Conformity Reports (AFR) for “bulilyaso,” procedural deviations, incorrect dispatching, and wrong loading.
Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse checkers regarding work performance and proper procedures.
Implement company policies and procedures as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire warehouse.
Evaluate the performance and productivity of warehouse checkers.
Identify training needs and recommend appropriate training programs for warehouse personnel.
Address work performance issues and recommend or implement appropriate disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
With experience in warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, or dispatching, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
Knowledgeable in warehouse procedures, goods receiving, dispatching, loading, and checking.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and compliance.
Able to prepare reports and properly document operational discrepancies.
Willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle operational concerns effectively.
Proficient in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
