Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field with relevant experience considered.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, or dispatching, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, goods receiving, dispatching, loading and checking.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and compliance.
• Able to prepare reports and document operational discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Counter-check dispatched and received goods for accuracy.
• Prepare and coordinate the warehouse’s daily work schedule.
• Prepare Non-Conformity Reports for deviations and incorrect dispatching.
• Supervise warehouse checkers and provide guidance on performance.
• Implement company policies and procedures as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse.
• Evaluate performance and productivity of warehouse staff.
• Identify training needs and propose training programs.
• Address performance issues and apply disciplinary actions as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
