Job summary

SPX Philippines Inc. is seeking a capable Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations in Bulacan. The role focuses on manpower planning, procurement coordination, and ensuring continuous stock availability to meet forecasts and budgets.

You will lead a team, coordinate with regional HQ, and maintain accurate records across manpower, inventory, and assets, while optimizing equipment usage and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse ops or supply chain, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in manpower coordination, procurement, or inventory management is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of warehouse resource management and asset utilization.
• Familiar with vendor coordination and procurement workflows.
• Excellent data accuracy and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Escalate issues and provide reports to support planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or resource management. Experience in manpower coordination, procurement, or inventory management is a strong advantage. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

• Strong operational understanding of warehouse resource management — manpower planning, consumables, and equipment

• Familiar with manpower agency coordination, vendor liaison, and procurement request workflows

• Analytical — able to track performance vs. targets across multiple resource pillars simultaneously

• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel; WMS or ERP system experience is an advantage

• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and documentation discipline

• Effective communicator — able to interface clearly with both onsite teams and HQ functions

• High ownership mindset — takes full accountability for resource availability, data accuracy, and WH continuity

• Able to operate under shifting priorities, particularly during peak volume periods or WHM absences

• Amenable to be assigned in Plaridel or Bustos, Bulacan
