Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse activities in Calamba, Laguna. You will lead a team, ensure SLA compliance, and align operations with Shopee's policy and vision.

Responsibilities include analytics-driven improvements, KPI tracking, cost control, inbound/outbound flows, and staff development to meet future challenges. Strong leadership and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years total work experience in warehouse operations or related field.
• Excellent leadership with strong analytical skills to assess data and draw conclusions.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Strong problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall warehouse operations.
• Strategically manage warehouse in line with company policies and vision.
• Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management via analytics and market insight.
• Manage analyses including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns, forecasts, feasibility.
• Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics, warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; ensure SLAs are met.
• Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements.
• Manage overall warehouse cost and budget.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly: Warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reports.
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
