AIA Philippines is seeking an Assistant Unit Manager who can be part-time or full-time and may work from home, to assist the Unit Manager in supervising daily sales operations and team activities. This role includes coordinating and monitoring sales targets and supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies.

The successful candidate will help ensure adherence to company policies and service standards, with occasional Cubao office visits at least twice a month and opportunities

Qualifikationen

• 21-35 years old
• Can attend online trainings and can go to Cubao office at least twice a month
• Monthly earnings (up to 30k-50k)

Role Description

The Assistant Unit Manager can either be part-time/full time, work-from-home, responsible for supporting the Unit Manager in overseeing daily sales operations and team activities. This role includes coordinating and monitoring sales targets, assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies, and ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
