Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions Inc. in Makati is seeking a results-driven Recruitment Account Lead to join the Unit Manager Hiring Program. You will oversee daily operations, recruit, develop, and mentor Financial Advisors, and drive KPIs.

This on-site role offers a commission-based income and a monthly performance bonus, plus health insurance (HMO) and other benefits. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years in management and sales are required. Strong communication and entrepreneurial mindset are valued.
