• Oversee daily store activities including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and stock management.

• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with the back office for replenishment.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, well-maintained and merchandise is properly displayed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Assist in training new staff members and provide ongoing guidance to the team.
• Support promotional activities and ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Report on store performance metrics and provide feedback to management.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor or management.
