Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as Store Supervisor or similar in retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with operational standards.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper product display.
• Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluation, and training to store staff to develop competencies and ensure high-quality service.
• Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staffing during operational hours.
• Maintain relationships with customers to promote satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Oversee store cleanliness and presentation according to company guidelines.

Job Summary:
