Job summary

Chagee Philippines Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

You will train and supervise staff, optimize inventory and stock management, uphold product quality and presentation, monitor expenses, and work with marketing to boost traffic and sales while maintaining a welcoming, hygienic store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management.

Responsibilities

About the role

Oversee day-to-day operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that all customers receive excellent service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation of store
• Train and supervise store staff. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff and foster a positive and fun work environment to maximize employee and store performance
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and place orders for raw materials, ingredients, supplies and merchandise. Minimize waste and spoilage by implementing effective inventory control measures
• Maintain high standard of product quality and consistency by overseeing the preparation and presentation of beverages and ensuring adherence to recipes and standards
• Ensure store is at tip top condition and maintain hygienic environment and workplace for customers and staff
• Monitor store expenses, including labor costs, cost of goods sold, and overhead expenses. Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve store targets
• Communicate with Operation Managers and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff
• Analyze store performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, employee productivity. Prepare regular reports and communicate findings to management

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the F&B industry
