Job summary

TaskUs, Philippines, is recruiting a Physical Safety and Security Manager to design and implement safety policies across locations in the region. You will oversee day-to-day support for all operations and lead initiatives to keep employees safe and secure, even in high-pressure situations.

The role requires a degree in Criminal Justice or related field, plus experience in physical security or public service, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related subjects.
• Experience in Physical Security or Public Service; strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and strong judgment in disasters.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to drive innovative thinking and high-quality project management.
• Ensure team can apply market knowledge, customer insights, and technical knowledge for site project execution.
• Partner with Operations and senior decision makers to ensure employee safety on TaskUs premises.
• Speak effectively during crisis situations and inspire others to take ownership and accountability.
• Be strategic in safety measures inside and outside the workplace.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports identifying issues and escalate issues to management.
• Attend leadership meetings and calibrate with teams to maintain a safe workplace.
