Job summary

Jollibee Group is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for SM City North Edsa, Quezon City. You will oversee daily Dine-In and Take-Home operations, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and support the Restaurant Manager in guest relations to boost sales.

You will lead a team, manage shifts and staffing, and coordinate store administrative tasks while upholding service standards in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food or business related field.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifting schedules and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement and ensure compliance with Food, Safety and Cleanliness Programs for the assigned area.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Dine‑In and Take‑Home Sales Services; ensure customer needs are attended to promptly.
• Support the Restaurant Manager through client business relations for assigned institutional accounts and customer engagement to drive sales initiatives.
• Assess opportunities in operations and cost management to meet or exceed sales and growth targets.
• Manage workforce of the assigned store: manpower planning, hiring, orientation/certification of new members, and scheduling of shifts.
• Carry out other store administrative activities such as office organization, securing government permits, preparing store reports, and executing store safety programs.
