Responsibilities

• Implement and ensure compliance with Food, Safety and Cleanliness Programs for the assigned area.
• Oversee day-to-day operations effectiveness of Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services; ensure customers are attended to promptly.
• Provide leadership support to the Restaurant Manager to drive client relations and customer engagement for assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities in operations and cost management to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage workforce: manpower planning, hiring/orientation/certification, scheduling and shifts.
• Handle store administration such as office organization, securing permits, store reports, and safety programs.
