Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent.
• With proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a casual dining restaurant.
• Physically able to perform duties that may involve lifting, prolonged standing, and working on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service and high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Assist with staff management: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; resolve customer complaints; and implement operational improvements to enhance guest experience.
• Manage inventory, monitor costs, and contribute to meeting financial goals; foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
