Tony Ting Food Concepts Inc in Mandaluyong is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead frontline teams, uphold high standards of service, and support daily operations. You will assist the Restaurant Manager with kitchen coordination, food safety, BOH training, scheduling, inventory, and reporting, while delivering friendly, professional customer care.

Applicants should be a college graduate in HRM or business, with 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong math skills, and a team-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related business course.
• Experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management abilities.
• Willing to work during holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leads the store front liners in delivering high standard quality product and excellent customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Assist Restaurant Manager or OIC in Kitchen Management, ensure Food Safety, BOH training, scheduling, positioning and Inventory Management.
