Job summary

Fabsfam Corporation, a Mang Inasal franchisee, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations at our Taguig location.

You will supervise crew, ensure quality and sanitation, assist with scheduling and inventory, and maintain excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and shifting schedules required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager position.
• Experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant operations is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Must be organized, reliable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth store opening and closing.
• Supervise and guide restaurant crew to maintain excellent service and operational standards.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with Mang Inasal standards.
• Assist in manpower scheduling, attendance monitoring, and staff deployment.
• Support inventory management, ordering, receiving, and proper handling of stocks.
• Monitor sales, cash handling, and other store operational reports.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Train, coach, and motivate crew members to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and government requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager and Management.
