JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven track record in P&L management, inventory control, and staff leadership in a high-volume setting.
- Hands-on experience in dessert preparation, plating, and quality control.
- Experience managing specialty coffee/tea programs, including brewing methods and beverage pairings.
- Familiarity with POS systems and reservation/inventory software.
Food Safety and Compliance
- Strict adherence to health codes, allergen management, and sanitation protocols.
Leadership and Operational Skills
- Strong team management skills: hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating staff.
- Ability to maintain a positive, high-energy work environment during peak hours.
- Customer service excellence: handling complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction, and fostering repeat business.
- Vendor and supplier management: negotiating contracts and sourcing high-quality ingredients.
- Marketing and Branding: Experience with social media promotion and ability to host events.
