Job summary

RDSG Management Consultancy Services seeks an experienced manager for Mang Inasal - Centro Lucena. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and has 1–3 years of fast-food management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.

You will handle P&L and sales reports, inventory, ordering, and supervision. Preference for nearby residents. Training provided. Can start ASAP; government benefits included.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or any related course.

• With experience as a fast-food chain manager, with at least 1- 3 years is REQUIRED.

• Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.

• Excellent conflict resolution abilities.

• Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.

• With experience or knowledge in doing profit and loss reports, sales reports, inventory, and ordering.

• Preferably residing near the store location

• Willing to undergo training.
