Virtual Staffing Solutions OPC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations across residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. You will handle tenant relations, leasing tasks, and property upkeep while maintaining records and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The Assistant Property Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations and management of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. This individual ensures the smooth operation of the property, assists with tenant relations, maintains accurate records, and ensures compliance with property regulations and policies.
1. Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in organizing tenant events and community engagement activities.
2. Leasing Support: Assist with marketing and leasing activities, including property showings, lease signings, and renewals. Conduct tenant screenings and process applications in compliance with property standards. Maintain accurate records of leasing documentation and occupancy reports.
3. Operations Management: Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors. Ensure that properties remain in excellent condition by conducting regular inspections. Assist in enforcing property rules and regulations.
4. Administrative Support: Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports, including rent rolls, budgets, and expense tracking. Assist in rent collection and manage delinquency reports. Handle correspondence with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws, safety standards, and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations impacting property management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
