Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer for Construction to join our onsite team. The role focuses on document processing, submittals, and coordination with the project team to keep construction on schedule.

This full-time position offers day shifts, a competitive PHP salary of 40,000 to 50,000 per month, health coverage from day one, paid time off with cash conversion, and opportunities for career growth within a collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• BS degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or similar.
• Able to read construction plans, specs, and other technical documents.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills.
• Computer literate; proficient with MS Office; able to learn construction software.
• Familiar with imperial measurement system.

Responsibilities

• Process and track Request for Information forms.
• Obtain and process submittals.
• Manage material lead item logs.
• Process change orders.
• Process billings.
• Update plans with changed documents.
• Assist project team with other tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Processing and tracking Request for Information forms
• Obtaining and processing Submittals
• Managing the Material lead item logs
• Processing change orders
• Processing billings
• Updating plans with changed documents
• Assisting the project team with other tasks s required.

Qualifications

• 4 year BS degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or similar degree
• Working knowledge of construction terms.
• Able to read construction plans, specifications, and other technical documents related to building construction.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills.
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft office suite of products and be able to learn other construction related software. (No programming is required)
• Familiar with Imperial measurement system
