• Exposure to SAP environments and vendor-led projects.
• Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality or related industries.
• Strong governance, architecture, BA and change-management skills.

Drive Digital Transformation Across One of the Philippines' Leading Real Estate Developers

Are you passionate about transforming businesses through technology? We are looking for a Business Applications & Digital Solutions Head who will lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise applications and digital platforms that power ETON's real estate, commercial, property management, and hospitality businesses.

As a key technology leader, you will bridge business and IT, translating strategic priorities into scalable digital solutions that improve customer experience, employee experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. You will champion digital transformation initiatives while ensuring robust governance, application reliability, and continuous innovation across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the enterprise roadmap for business applications and digital solutions aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation priorities.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives across sales, leasing, property management, mall operations, hospitality, and corporate functions.
• Drive business process optimization by identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance operational efficiency through technology.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of enterprise applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and alignment with business requirements.
• Lead the successful delivery of application and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely implementation, budget adherence, user adoption, and measurable business value.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic and operational requirements into effective technology solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks for application management, solution architecture, project prioritization, vendor performance, and technology standards.
• Ensure data integrity, system integration, reporting capabilities, and enterprise process discipline across all business platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Business Analysts and Application Support professionals while fostering collaboration across ICT, business units, and external partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainable business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, business systems, ERP, or digital transformation.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing technology teams, enterprise applications, or large-scale digital initiatives.
• Strong experience leading enterprise application implementations, digital platforms, systems integration, and business process transformation.
• Exposure to SAP environments, enterprise applications, systems integration, analytics, and vendor-led implementation projects.
• Experience in real estate, property management, leasing, hospitality, retail, or other operationally intensive industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project governance, solution architecture, business analysis, and change management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning skills.
