Job summary

Raffles Makati is seeking an experienced Bar Operations Leader to assist the Outlet Manager in delivering exceptional service within a luxury hotel environment. You will supervise daily bar operations, ensure product quality and consistency, and collaborate with service and dining teams to maintain seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate holds a Hospitality Management degree, with at least five years' luxury hotel bar experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in bar operations within a luxury hotel.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, guest service orientation, and ability to inspire colleagues.
• Proficient in Opera and Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel loyalty programs.
