Job summary

Fairmont Makati in Manila is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate and support all areas of the department, ensure timely room releases, and uphold luxury standards.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality degree, at least two years in luxury hotel housekeeping, strong leadership, and proficiency in housekeeping software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of two years housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership to motivate, train and supervise a team.
• Experience with computer software relevant to housekeeping operations and Microsoft Office.
