Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production management or plant operations.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing systems, CI methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in technical training and capability-building is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity and requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient workflow and output.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, safety policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity and waste reduction.
• Monitor production performance metrics, reports and documentation.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain and HR to support goals.
• Coach and supervise production personnel to foster a high-performance culture.
