Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five years of manufacturing experience in a food plant.
• At least three years in plant operations management in large companies.
• Knowledge of production software, ERP, and machinery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Awareness of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Danao, Cebu.

What We’re Looking For

• A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or equivalent courses.
• Preferably completed a Master's Degree.
• With at least five (5) years of manufacturing experience in a food manufacturing plant.
• With at least three (3) years of plant operations management in a multinational or local top companies.
• Knowledgeable of production management software, ERP systems, and machinery.
• Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Danao, Cebu.
