Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Danao, Cebu, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our food and beverage manufacturing operations. Plan, organize, and monitor production activities to meet demand and ensure timely output.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and bring at least 3 years of end-to-end production experience, with supervisory roles and strong GMP/food safety knowledge within the F&B sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in end-to-end production/manufacturing operations, preferably F&B.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory roles leading production teams.
• Solid knowledge of food processing, GMP, sanitation, and hygiene.
• Experience in training and coordinating production personnel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor production activities based on demand forecasts and requirements.
• Lead daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to quality, food safety, GMP, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements and equipment enhancements.
• Prepare production reports and coordinate with other units; brief management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and monitor production activities based on demand forecasts and operational requirements to ensure timely and efficient output.
  
• Lead and control daily production operations within the assigned area, ensuring smooth workflow, productivity, and compliance with established standards.
  
• Ensure consistent adherence to quality, food safety, GMP, sanitation, and hygiene standards across production operations and the workplace.
  
• Identify and implement process improvements, equipment enhancements, and operational innovations to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance.
  
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of production reports, coordinate with other operating units, and provide relevant updates and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
  
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in end-to-end production/manufacturing operations, preferably within the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
  
• At least 3 years of supervisory or people management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop production teams.
  
• Solid understanding of food processing technologies, production processes, GMP, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
  
• Experience in conducting production-related training, seminars, and employee orientations, with strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
