As an Assistant Manager, Talent Management (Contract), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Support the enhancement and administration of the organisation’s performance management framework, including coordinating annual performance assessment exercises.
Oversee employee development and talent initiatives, including programmes for high-potential employees and scholarship-related matters.
Provide support in managing employee performance matters, including performance improvement cases and follow‑up actions.
Review and update HR policies and guidelines to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with organisational needs and practices.
Partner with managers and employees by providing advice and guidance on HR policies, performance matters and people-related issues.
Prepare and analyse HR data, identify trends and develop reports, papers and recommendations for management review and approval.
Assist the department leadership in tracking key deliverables, departmental performance and project progress.
Contribute to HR improvement and transformation projects, while taking ownership of selected departmental initiatives.
Coordinate project budgets, monitor expenditure and liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Support team development through coaching and mentoring, while assisting with employee relations matters such as disciplinary and grievance cases.
Requirements
Min Bachelor's Degree qualification in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Management and Learning & Development.
Strong experience in succession planning, competency mapping, and leadership development.
Experience in designing and implementing learning and capability development programmes.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
