A shared services company in the automotive sector is seeking an Assistant Manager for Record to Report activities. The role involves gathering and analyzing financial data, leading a team in accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and at least 5 years of relevant experience. This hybrid position offers a salary range of Php 40,000 - Php 65,000 and various employee benefits, including HMO and leave allowances.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in record to report and end-to-end general accounting process.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Supervisor/Team Lead.
• Knowledgeable in accounting software SAP or ERP system.

Mansioni

• Gather financial data from all global sources.
• Process validated data into journal entries and post them to the general ledger.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare explanatory notes for reports.
• Maintain and update the general and subsidiary ledgers across all global entities.
• Other tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting or any related.
• With at least 5 years of experience in record to report and end to end general accounting process.
• with at least 3-4 years of experience as Supervisor/ team Lead
• knowledgeable in accounting software SAP or ERP system.
• Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.
