Job summary

HSBC is seeking an Assistant Manager - Processing - Middle Office for the Manila North location. The role focuses on delivering Investment Operations services including trade lifecycle activities, reconciliation and corporate actions for assigned clients, in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of funds administration, strong knowledge of capital markets, and a solid background in end-to-end fund accounting. Excellent English, analytical skills, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to financial services.
• 3–5 years of Funds administration experience.
• Complete understanding of Trade Life Cycle.
• Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets and Financial instruments; accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Investment Operations services (Trade/Reconciliation/Corporate Action) to assigned clients.
• Support migration/remigration of funds and adhere to timelines.
• Review Postings, Reconciliation Packs, and Trades Upload.
• Perform maker and checker activities and raise exceptions with relevant teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers and business partners.
• Maintain MIS/trackers and contribute to SOPs, process notes, and KPIs.
