Job summary

HSBC in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Processing (IC) to join the GBM and CMB support teams. This role focuses on delivering high-quality account maintenance and servicing, while aligning with group policies and compliance.

You will lead process improvements, ensure timely execution, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong knowledge of account servicing activities in core banking and in-house policies.
• Graduate in Commerce with strong financial analysis background preferred.
• Credit and financial statement analysis experience advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with procedures and maintain accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing working practices.
• Organize and process work within agreed timelines; monitor and prioritize workflow.
• Deliver high-quality customer-driven service and foster HSBC's positive perception.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints through effective investigation and referrals.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and establish relationships with stakeholders.
• Maintain equipment, staff records and good working environment, following procedures.
• Ensure timely completion of internal management information.
• Investigate issues and take action to prevent recurrence.
• Adhere to internal controls and Group compliance policies in collaboration with Compliance Officers.
