Job summary

Integrated Packaging Corporation is seeking an HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

You will maintain records, develop policies, prepare reports, and provide daily HR support across departments, while upholding confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee performance appraisal process and prepare reports for salary increases, promotions, and employment recommendations.
  • Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions, incident investigations, corrective actions, and administrative hearing documentation.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, applicant tracking, and job fair participation.
  • Facilitate onboarding, including orientation, employment contracts, ID processing, payroll account enrollment, biometrics, employee records, and HR database maintenance.
  • Support offboarding processes, including resignation processing, employee clearance, and payroll account updates.
  • Develop, revise, and implement HR policies, procedures, and company memoranda.
  • Monitor employee leave records, attendance-related reports, and workforce status.
  • Maintain employee 201 files, HR masterlists, trackers, and other confidential records.
  • Prepare HR reports, meeting minutes, memoranda, and other documentation.
  • Assist in client and government audits by preparing HR compliance documents and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide daily HR support to employees and collaborate with various departments on HR initiatives and compliance activities.
