ByteBridge Philippines, Inc. seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations in the Philippines, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, reporting to the Director – Human Resources, APAC. The role focuses on compliance, records, and improving people processes.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in HR, strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and the ability to coordinate with regional teams to support rapid growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5–8 years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, statutory benefits, and HR compliance.
• Hands-on experience in payroll coordination, recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Experience supporting multinational companies or regional HR teams is an advantage.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple HR priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees and senior management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS or payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to handle confidential matters.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day HR operations in the Philippines, covering onboarding, employee records, contract administration, leave management, and offboarding.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently across the local team.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company activities.
• Work closely with regional HR to improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, and operational positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate offers, and manage onboarding arrangements.
• Oversee monthly and semi-monthly payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Manage employee benefits, including HMO, leave entitlements, and other company benefits.
