Job summary

Marriott International’s Four Points by Sheraton brand seeks a Housekeeping Inspector/Supervisor to ensure room and public area quality after cleaning. You will coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry, resolve discrepancies, and update room statuses while supporting daily housekeeping operations.

You will also assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching, while upholding safety policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Assist Housekeeping management in daily activities and coordinate with other departments.
• Document discrepancies, update room statuses, and communicate changes to the Front Desk.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
• Adhere to safety policies, protect assets, and maintain professional appearance.
