I'm Hotel in the Philippines seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

The role supervises staff, conducts inspections, coordinates with Front Office and Engineering/Maintenance, and ensures timely room readiness while resolving maintenance concerns. Training, safety, and reporting to the Housekeeping Manager are essential parts of the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and service standards.
• Assign, monitor, and inspect the work of Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and other housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering/Maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and prompt resolution of maintenance concerns.
• Train, coach, and monitor housekeeping staff to maintain service quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of cleaning supplies, linens, amenities, and other housekeeping materials.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and control of housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety, sanitation, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures.
• Monitor room status, staff productivity, and daily operational concerns.
• Prepare daily housekeeping reports and communicate significant issues to the Housekeeping Manager.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in implementing operational improvements and maintaining hotel standards.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or management.
