Job summary

Marriott International in the Philippines is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector/Supervisor to ensure quality standards across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities after cleaning. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to resolve discrepancies and update room status.

You will assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff, while upholding safety and appearance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure quality after cleaning.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, and update room assignments.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professional appearance; protect company assets.
