Cevio Hotel Corporation is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily activities across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and Guest Services. You will ensure service standards, coach department heads, and drive guest satisfaction in a 4-star environment.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality and has 3–5 years in hotel operations with 1–2 years in supervision, plus strong leadership and financial awareness.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Experience in a 4-star hotel, resort, or full-service hospitality establishment is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Engineering, and Guest Services.
Demonstrated ability to assist in managing daily hotel operations and ensure compliance with established service standards and operating procedures.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, motivate, and develop department heads and team members.
Strong knowledge of guest relations, service recovery, complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction management.
Ability to monitor operational performance, departmental productivity, labor costs, and operating expenses.
Knowledge of hotel budgeting, revenue management, occupancy performance, and cost-control procedures is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle operational issues, emergencies, and guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS), reservation platforms, and other hospitality-related software.
Familiarity with hotel safety standards, emergency procedures, sanitation, and applicable labor and hospitality regulations.
Ability to coordinate effectively with department heads to ensure seamless hotel operations and consistent service delivery.
Highly organized, results-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of working under pressure.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when operationally required.
