This role collaborates with Sales and Estimating teams to turn client inquiries into timely, well-priced proposals. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and numerical skills, experience with MS Office and CRM systems, and a background in engineering, business, or sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation and quoting is essential.
• Ability to liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Engineering or business background is advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate product specifications, cost estimates, and quotations.
• Develop competitive pricing aligned with project requirements.
• Review and peer-check specifications and quotations for accuracy.
• Respond to client inquiries on pricing and lead times.
• Support sales with follow-ups and CRM updates.
• Collaborate to improve estimating processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve quoting tools and templates.
• Maintain quotation documentation.
• Participate in relevant training and team objectives.
