The role focuses on optimizing the customer journey from landing page to checkout, coordinating with marketing on SEO and email campaigns, and monitoring KPIs to boost traffic and sales.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, ideally in premium retail or consumer goods.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or similar e-commerce tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Passion for lifestyle, fashion, or sports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including product uploads, inventory updates, and promotional setup
• Ensure a seamless and optimized customer journey from landing page to checkout
• Collaborate with marketing on SEO, email campaigns, and paid media initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and recommend enhancements to increase traffic and sales
• Partner with customer support to resolve order issues and enhance post-purchase experience
