Job Description
- Assist in organizing and coordinating daily operations and activities within the department or project.
- Support the team by handling administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing communications.
- Maintain records, files, and databases to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor progress and help ensure that deadlines and goals are met.
- Assist in managing event planning or logistics, including travel arrangements, catering, and venue coordination.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the overall objectives of the coordinator.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or relevant coursework in business, management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
